Native Mindfulness

We are all told, “live your life to the fullest”; I am here to do just that.  On a journey of life, conflict and stress occurs; how do you handle it? What do you do?  Where did you learn conflict resolution(s)?  Here is a personal perspective of Contemplative Practices.

The blogs below describe my formatting of being able to create an animation of my personal perspective of Native Mindfulness.

The final product is linked with the Logo at the top right and in the Final blog.  The intention of this is to be used as an example of how Educators can use technology more efficiently in the classroom for projects or assignments.

Hope you enjoy my Personal Perspective of Native Mindfulness.
